Easy run to the Lovelock Track then 4 x 5km pace (3:55-4:15/km) 400m laps with marathon pace (5:00-5:15/km) laps then easy pace back (but with uphills). Foot a little sore and both paces are not my peak but good to get some anaerobic exercise after all these short low-ish heart rate runs lately
