    An experiment. 10km run breathing only through my nose. Have been reading about breathing control as mood control - which seems nonsense because it's just filling bags with air, right? Except... - and there was a mention of running not always engaging the diaphragm. Nosebreathing does, apparently. And the slow-run people say to nose-breathe to stay in Zone 2. Anyway, it gave me resting lemonface but felt good and distracted the wandering mind so I'll do it again in the future
