    Day1287. Still low energy and although throat is improving the aches, pains, runny nose, and lancing sinus pain are worse. Day off work for this- just can’t get a night’s sleep with this virus - and likely the same tomorrow. Still Covid-negative so its still possible I’m patient-zero for Covid-23
