    Set out to do 10km to Pt Chev but at 2.8km with no warning the back of my left leg spasmed with shooting pains through all muscles. This is the good leg that doesn't give problems! Stopped, stretched, walked, stretched more, decided the streak was dead, talked myself back into it, turned around, and limp-ran back. Need to rest it now and see what happens overnight :(
