    Wellington Marathon (belated 2020 edition). Official (gun) time 3:42:52. Wettest coldest and third fastest marathon. Frankly, I’m startled. After injury stopped the training schedule 3 weeks ago, I hoped to come in under 4h and ran the first half about 5:20/km expecting I would slow later (and suffer in the wind). Found myself able to pass people for the third quarter and took a chance on a big push with 10km to go that worked perfectly. Visualisations helped. Delighted with this!
