    Workout write-off! Supposed to be 45min Easy then 45min of 3min intervals alternating 4:50/km and 5:10km. Skipped the warmup to rest my knee. In the intervals, the pace alarm was going off all the time! Hills, lights, dog walkers, grr! I need a track or a treadmill
