3h Steady but the return along Tamaki Drive with a tailwind and a feeling of having reserves meant I could build to a fast finish. Finishing a hard run at St Heliers is always special, even when under grey skies instead of a blazing sun. No hamstring problems while running but clutch work on the drive home was painful
