    Supposed to be 60min containing 3x10min hills with 3 min rests but I can’t run halfway up a hill. I just can’t! So it was more like: run 3km to Mauao (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Maunganui_(mountain)), run doggedly 9 min up-volcano, have 3 min gasp, perform 8 min stagger to the top, run halfway down, loop around undulating track, run 8 min up again, run down trying not to slip on gravel, run back to the car, call it a day, treat self to coffee
