Trying to run slowly again, for pace control, strength, and recovery. It’s a bit boring! Did better than on Monday but for the first 4km it felt like barely showing up, like I should be in my street clothes. More effort required as time went on but I must be spending 33% of my time checking my watch, swearing, and applying the brakes. Much to learn!
