Training schedule said 50min run with 4 x 6min uphills at 90% effort. Maungawhau road loop provided. A slog - well, four slogs actually. Pretty jaded by the last one but had to summit then because climbing all that way to the crest four times and never quite to the very top felt wrong. Plus the view south has beauty in it
