Week 1/16 to Wellington marathon. On a training plan but not a good start: this was supposed to be 40-50 min easy pace of 6:00/km. Instead, 5:25/km. My pace control is rubbish - the last two years are all tempo or race pace! Got to run slow to race fast, and also do more intervals.
