    YMCA club. Ran with the ratpack (Simon and Jonathan) at their slowest pace to accommodate newbie me and injured Ruko. Pretty strenuous for me after yesterday’s half. Joined the club since the running discipline is good, everyone was nice, and their mandatory yellow uniform is a good colour close to marigold
