    Dazzling day to run along the bays to St Heliers high point and back, then flop into the sea afterwards to cool down. All the water fountains en route were dribbles (faulty or covid precautions?) so wasnt well-hydrated for this heat (and this area was the least favourite bit of last week's marathon!). Streak7390km
