    Strenuously undulating exploratory route buoyed by delight and occasionally interrupted by coughing. Nice to run in daylight for a change, although it was busy: at one point nine other solo runners were in sight! Mandatory hopscotch on any grids drawn by lockdown kids outside their houses requires more concentration than I'm used to but needs must
