    3rd time for the 5🌋 run (3-Oct-20, 21-Feb-21). This was clockwise and without carboloading so the finish was more lurch than run. Hydration stop on Owairaka helped (Owairaka always does!) These shoes definitely not as comfy as sopposedly identical previous ones - soles felt hammered by the end. Garmin elevation data borked! This run was ~670m each time I did it previously. Asked a passing geologist and she said no, the volcanoes are the same size in summer AND winter. This was my impress
