    Felt tight and a little sore after yesterday on this mid-afternoon run under a bright sun but into a chill wind. The shape on the map proves I can't do dead reckoning - I thought this was an oblong! Need more rural runs, or at least parks and volcqnoes! Too many traffic light stops!
