    Quads feel better but pace control hasn't returned. Wet autumn leaves are making the dark paths treacherous. Miscalculated this and got within 0.4km of home with only 4.3km clocked so had to divert. Exhausted but feeling the return of leg power. Good end to a crappy day - tomorrow will be much better
