    Late night, heavy rain, long week, poor sleep - was exhausted by 5km but by Eden Park I tried visualisations again. The splits speak for themselves - was still exhausted but this proves again that speed comes from thinking as well as training. A vivid experience of a desired goal is hugely powerful
