    Weird splits! Slow start, then up to speed, then slowing - was finding uphills taxing today and noticed I was shaking a bit as I waited at an intersection around 4km - then clicked into the fast posture (Benzie style - fast for me, anyway...) and held that for the second half, showing this 10km could’ve been pacier. Found music helpful today
