    Hot, sticky run where I tried to go there and back but had to walk from just past there all the way back! Hit the wall while still on Te Atatu and could only lurch another 3 km so 1h45m of running then 1:30 of walking home! Mustn't plan routes like this at current fitness levels, or at least mustn't run them at this pace. Poor sleep to blame too. Oh well, it is what it ?#{&ing is!
