    A pace experiment: flat route, no music, paid no attention to distance or time just tried to hold 5:15/km. Headwinds on the way back and other pedestrians affected this but it worked pretty well. Plan leading up to next marathon is to get better at this up to 32km, then treat that as the lonnnggg warm-up to a tired 10km
