    Another killer along the waterfront. Was pretty ragged by 25km. All slow km before that were due to crowding. Had to add a diversion at the last minute to get to the satisfying 30km. Dazzlingly beautiful day! Garmin altimeter really struggling with this long flat one - it’s #badelevation every time! Half marathon was 1:48, streak = 229; dehydrated post-run weight 70.7kg
