    Poor pace control so lots of time spent in the cardiac red zone made this exhausting on a dazzling morning by the sea. Stopped at 15 of a planned 16 to have a cool-down and am pleased I did. Beautiful day! Ran shirtless for part of it - sunglasses on for anonymity :)
