    Millwater half-marathon. Well that worked! Planned a negative split but just after halfway got concerned I'd gone too fast for the first half - but legs said no and the surge came on (fastest 10km was the last 10km), with more for the final sprint. Feeling good afterwards too so this is a good confidence boost for the marathon
