    Had to stop a bunch so it's not the most proper test but I wanted to do this in the warmer weather. The goal was to also get my legs tired as though I was racing and then power through that on the last stretch.

    Currently enjoying a post-run snack: Rocky Road Protein Mix + almond milk + cacao + chocolate milk + mocha almond milk and some Siggi's Greek yogurt (plain whole milk.) Noms.
