    Started out wanting to do a 16.5 Zones 1 and 2 run. Quickly realized that would not be possible with all the hills plus even the moderate heat.

    Instead, I went on a run-venture. Had a great time. Ran for three hours at whatever pace felt good. Honestly, I'd personally categorize this as an easy run despite the heart rate. I haven't done a proper max HR test but it's also possible I'm making excuses to run faster.

    Still, the pace was slow, and it took me about an hour longer to run this.
