Fred Lebow Half. 3x up Harlem Hill (0.32mi @ 4.4% grade), Twice up Cat Hill (0.25 mi @ 3.7% grade) - probably my hilliest half just in terms of rolling hills. I'm sure I'll feel this tomorrow .. er next couple of days. Feeling pretty good now though!
