Q2 - felt challenging: 2mi E (9:25min/mi), 2x10min @ 8:10min/mi (2min RI), 80min E (9:25min/mi), 20min @ 8:15min/mi, 2mi cool down. THIS was fun. I'm a big fan of making long runs more interesting. I also feel like Daniel's approach to switching paces throughout a long run is good practice for pushing when you start to fatigue.
