    Easy 5. I kind of needed a 10k today, but my left leg kept falling asleep! I guess a pinched nerve? Removed my shoes and even re-laced. Just one of those weird days. I didn't mind the slow run. The sun was out to keep me warm. Peaceful by the river. People tend to not get out when it's 12C or below. Still shorts and shirt weather for me. I generate so much body heat, I'm like a human furnace.
