Felt great to pick up the pace again. Good average HR. It was still too quick to spike, but it's getting there. First day that I've started to feel normal and eager to resume training. Tomorrow, I'll try running out to a small local park. Take on a few hills. Then do some core work and strength training post-run (or vice versa).
