    Brutta fazenda! Appena partito si innesca una tachicardia che supera rapidamente i 200bpm nonostante il passo lento. Provo a corricchiare per vedere se passa da sola, dopo 2km nessun cambiamento così decido di fermarmi. Cammino ca 10min e quando sto per rinunciare e tornare a casa la tachicardia cessa autonomamente. Decido di ripartire e vedere come va. Riesco a tenere il passo previsto ma con circa 10bpm in più del solito, e lo pago in stanchezza.
