Bi-gio, non nel senso che bigio :) ho voluto provare un ritmo variato più veloce di questa mattina, senza il plantare (che mi ha consigliato uno dei due ortopedici interpellati tempo fa: secondo lui il problema era la gamba dx 0.5cm più corta della sx); avevo la sensazione, confermata da questo allenamento, che il plantare mi facesse correre in modo diverso dal mio solito provocando il fastidio/dolore o quantomeno non migliorando la situazione. Senza plantare sensazioni decisamente migliori.
