    Oggi ci si allena in Valle Olona con Paolo, Kostia e Alex, zona e itinerario completamente nuovi. Posto decisamente bello, si corre nella natura e a quanto mi dicono non mancano i km e le salitelle.
    Il programma di oggi prevede corsa media, che con 4 persone tutte diverse non si capisce bene cosa vuol dire :)
