    Settimana da dimenticare :( da ultimo ieri sera mio padre non si è sentito bene, ambulanza e pronto soccorso fino alle 2 e mezza di notte; stamattina sveglia as usual, gionata di lavoro, piscina dei bambini e alla fine...corsa.
    Ho provato un pò di velocità ma fose anche per le 4 ore di sonno le sensazioni non sono state delle migliori, anzi, in generale un discreto affanno (avg hr 162bpm).
    Alla fine 13.1km@4'25 : wu 2km@4'40" + 9km@4'19" + 2.1km@4'34". Mi sa che devo rivedere al rialzo l'obietti
