    Practice what you preach: Als je tegen je nichtje zet dat ze eens intervallen moet gaan doen, kan je niet zelf slap blijven tapperen op bejaardentempo.Vandaag dus 5 x 500 meter op 3:55 met 500 meter herstel: 3:52, 3:55, 3:53, 3:59, 3:49. Flink naar de bami, zeker gezien mijn zware benen nog van gisteren, maar redelijk tevreden. Ik zie me dit tempo nog niet 10 km volhouden, maar dat komt hopelijk wel weer.
