    RUSU Get Your Jog On Route Bashing; Fancied a little bit of effort today so headed to the uni to smash out a lap of each of the Get Your Jog On routes. Felt really good to start though burnt some matches on route one that I felt in the second and third routes. Finished with an easy loop round the lake before heading home.
